  • Report Chemical and Oil Spills

    Call the Disaster Fraud Hot Line at 866-720-5721 to report fraud, waste, abuse, or allegations of mismanagement involving disaster relief operations. You can also send a fax to 225-334-4704.
  • Social Security Benefits
