Public Citizen represents consumer interests through lobbying, litigation, research, and publications in the areas of product liability, healthcare delivery, safe medical devices and medications, open and ethical government, and safe and sustainable energy use. They also operate five policy groups: Congress Watch division, the Energy Program, a Global Trade Watch division, the Health Research Group, and a Litigation Group.
