Webinar Description

Is your agency looking for new ways to connect with citizens? Do you need a better way to gather customer comments and manage feedback? How do you know which social voting tool can best meet your needs?

If you are struggling to incorporate citizen engagement tools on your website, then this webinar is for you. Listen to representatives from Google Moderator, UserVoice and IdeaScale as they discuss how government agencies can increase citizen participation and transparency with these tools. During this virtual panel discussion, you will learn about real-life case studies within government, and get answers to the most common questions.

Learn how to:
Effectively manage a high volume of citizen comments;
Market these tools to get the customer feedback you need;
Manage inappropriate "off topic" comments and suggestions.

This course is geared to government web managers, government public affairs specialists, senior managers and any other government staff.
